Warranty Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR FASTRACK SMART WEARBLES AND ACCESSORIES

Thank you for choosing Titan Company Limited (“Titan/we/our”) for your smart wearables and accessories (charging cables and straps) purchase. We retail the smart wearables and accessories under the brand name ‘Fastrack Smart’(“Products”). This document outlines the terms and conditions of limited warranty provided by Titan for new Products (“Limited Warranty”)..

1) Limited Warranty

  1. Smartwatches -The smartwatches retailed under the brands ‘Fastrack Smart’ are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of invoice. Titan will, at its sole option, repair or replace any smartwatch found to have manufacturing defects during the Limited Warranty period. Cases and straps will be covered under Limited Warranty for color peel off and discoloration issues for a period of six (6) months from the date of invoice.
  2. Charging Cables -- The charging cables provided with our smart watches or retailed independently under the brands ‘Fastrack Smart’ are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for three (3) months from the date of invoice.
  3. Straps -The straps provided with our smart watches or retailed independently under the brands ‘Fastrack Smart’ are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for six (6) months from the date of invoice.
Category Limited Warranty Period
Smartwatches Twelve (12) months from the date of invoice.
Charging Cables Three (3) months from the date of invoice.
Straps Six (6) months from the date of invoice.

2) Exclusions

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any:

  1. Issues related to skin. Although, we use the best quality materials in manufacturing Products, Titan is not liable for any skin rashes or allergies arising out of contact with the Products. You are advised to be aware of your skin sensitivities and take necessary precautions.
  2. Handling or accidental defects such as physical damage of the smart watch head, lug, or strap due to unauthorized usage or impact damages, water entry damage due to exceeding the specified depth or pressure and other issues arising from mishandling of the Product.
  3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the Product without proper authorization from Titan.
  4. Battery-related issues, such as deterioration, reduced capacity, or failures due to prolonged usage or misuse
  5. External causes such as electric power fluctuations, usage of charging adapters more than 5V or fast charging adapters.
  6. Damages or issues caused by normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the display or strap, or fading of color.
  7. Loss or theft of the Product.
  8. Damage caused by accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, liquids, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes.
  9. Damage to a Product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Titan.
  10. Damage to a Product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that are not supplied by Titan

3) Process

  1. To initiate a claim, you must provide the invoice and submit the defective Product along with the charging cable. To experience a hassle-free Limited Warranty claim process, we recommend you register the product for e-warranty immediately after purchase.
  2. Customers can contact our customer service helpline via app, emails or calls or reach out to the nearest Titan authorized service center for assistance with Limited Warranty claims.
  3. The time taken for repair/replacement and in transit shall not be excluded from the Limited Warranty period.
  4. Please note that we reserve the right to replace the defective Product with either the same Product or any other Product with similar features as per the availability.

4) Limitations

  1. These terms and conditions are only applicable to Products purchased from authorized Titan dealers or official online channels. Products purchased from unauthorized sources may not be eligible for Limited Warranty coverage.
  2. This Limited warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  3. In the event of the Product being replaced with either the same or similar product, the period of Limited Warranty will not be extended. However, every replaced Product will carry a warranty of either 3 months or the remaining Limited Warranty period of the original invoice date whichever is longer.

5) Limitation of liability:

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TITAN’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AT OUR DISCRETION. TITAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF TITAN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6) Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  1. This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
  2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.

FASTRACK WIRELESS AUDIO

Fastrack warrantees the product to be free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. This non-transferable warranty is only for the first end user on purchase from Titan Authorized Sales Channels. Please enjoy our warranty services under below terms and conditions:

  • The validity period starts from the date of purchase.
  • Any damage to the headphones that is not a manufacturing issue will make the product’s warranty null and void.
  • Please take good care of your earphones to avoid accidental damage.
  • Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented before service.
  • Fastrack reserves the right to decline warranty service, if the purchase invoice is not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or the document is found to be tampered.
  • This warranty does not cover any external accessories (such as battery, cable, charging case, ear tips, etc.) mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any aesthetic parts.
  • The Warranty does not cover audio quality and issues arising from wear and tear during usage of the product.
  • This Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, ingress of water, fire, dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Fastrack’s control and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent.
  • Fastrack reserves the right to replace the defective part with an equivalent and/or reconditioned part.

MAINTENANCE, CARE AND GOOD USE

Good use, care and maintenance of your earphones will extend its life.

Maintain that mint look:

  • Ensure that your device does not come in contact with sharp edges, uneven surfaces, metal parts or a strong magnetic field in a manner that can lead to some form of permanent external or internal damage.
  • Wipe exteriors with a soft moist cloth (not wet) at a suitable frequency depending on your usage
  • Do not use chemical products or strong detergents to clean the earphones.
  • Do not drop, subject to strong vibration or strike with hard objects to avoid damage to the electronic circuits.
  • Keep the device away when facing extreme weather conditions such as heatwaves and thunderstorms so as to protect the device from extreme temperatures and moisture.
  • Put the device back in the case after use.
  • The device is a single piece. Do not attempt to dissemble the device or replace its battery on your own. It could lead to a fire hazard.
  • To maintain the health of the internal battery, do not charge for more than 10 hours at a stretch.

ENJOY RESPONSIBLY

  • Do not use wireless devices where it is strictly prohibited, such as while operating a vehicle, crossing a street, or during any activity where full awareness of your surroundings is required.
  • We’d recommend listening at minimum volume when using the device for calls and music so you can protect yourself from any damage to your ears.
  • We’d recommend not sharing your device with others (for better ear hygiene).
  • The device has a non-removable built-in battery which can only be replaced by our service center. Do not attempt to remove or replace it on your own.
  • Turn off the device while cleaning it.

FASTRACK SMART BANDS

Important: By using your Fastrack product you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Fastrack one (1) year limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below. Do not use your product until you have read the terms of the warranty. If you do not agree to the terms of the warranty, do not use the product and return it within the return period stated (30 days from date of purchase) where you purchased it for a refund.
Fastrack provides 1 year of limited warranty on the Reflex Smart Bands, against all manufacturing defects.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO

  • Straps & Charger Cable
  • Usage damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic, normal wear and tear, on the product or the charging cable.
  • Damage caused by any un-authorized service center/personnel.
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause.
  • Damage caused by operating the product beyond the published Fastrack guidelines.
